From the serie Imaginary dwellings, Monotype, 30 x 48 cm. red inkt + graphite drawing on 300gr. paper 2005. Anook Cléonne

Deze Monoprint is uit een serie monoprints waarin ik aansluitend in ben gaan tekenen. Monotype is een techniek waarin je, alhoewel gemaakt in druk, tóch steeds een unica print maakt.Het werk is ontstaan vanuit sporen in een landschap, en hoe ruimtes sociaal worden gebruikt. Uniek werk daar ik inmiddels geen kleur meer gebruik in mijn tekeningen. Het werk is mede ontstaan n.a.v mijn herinneringen aan Sint Petersburg, Rusland. De tekening is ook af te halen in mijn atelier.

This Monotype print is from a series in which afterwards I started drawing drawing. Monotype is a technique in which one, although printing is often used to make replica series, still makes one, unique, print. The print is based upon my memories from my visit to Sint Petersburg, Russia. The work is now the more special since in my latest drawings I do not use color anymore.
